Women’s Business Enterprise-certified

In 2007, Mitchell Communications Group earned a highly coveted national certification through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (www.wbenc.org, www.wbcsouthwest.org), the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the United States.

This status is only achieved after a lengthy application and documentation process, rigorous committee review and on-site visit. While we are proud of our certification, our desire to be certified is merely an outward reflection of an inward commitment to promote opportunities for women.

Founder, President, and CEO

Elise Mitchell, our firm’s founder and president/CEO, champions women in business as well as women entrepreneurship. She regularly speaks to civic and corporate women’s groups such as the Tyson Women’s Business Resource Group, University of Arkansas Career Development Center, Junior League of Northwest Arkansas and emerging women leaders at Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club.
