Chief Client Officer

Location: Fayetteville

The Chief Client Officer is responsible and accountable for helping to develop, maintain and grow client relationships at the most senior level while establishing and implementing best client services practices across the agency. This position is responsible for organic growth for client service accounts agency-wide in partnership with business development. The role Chief Client Officer is responsible for influencing change and collaboration across the organization to ensure high client satisfaction.

Chief Brand Officers will have a dotted-line report in to this position. Some travel is required. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

VP Client Services

Location: Chicago

The purpose of the Client Director is to be a senior owner of a client relationship either locally or across markets. A Client director is expected to:

  • Own the relationship with their central and/or local client
  • Ensure the implementation of the strategic vision with the support of the internal team, local markets, OpCos and specialist functions
  • Deliver business financial targets for designated clients
  • Be an ambassador for the business, connecting across internal and external networks to deliver the operating model and build the brand reputation of Dentsu Aegis Network

Big Break Intern

Location: Fayetteville

March 8th–13th, 2020

The Big Break program allows you to learn from agency leaders while building your resume and collaborating with students from across the country on a project for a non-profit client. If you’re a senior studying public relations we want to hear from you!
